For soooo many years just the idea of putting tampons in would literally make me cringe. I hated using them (and hated pads even more) and I really just felt like it was so unhealthy. I started looking into what’s in our feminine care products and wowwww.

I thought by using the L. organic Tampons that I was doing myself a favor and I certainly wasn’t - these tampons are NOT 100% organic, in fact they have titanium dioxide in them - which is linked to cancer and is absolutely not organic. This company is in a law suit for this exact reason.

These swaps are TRULY non toxic and most of them are 100% organic. I feel much more comfortable using any of these products than I do using say Tampax, Always or L. toxic products. Although I’d say pads or period underwear are the healthiest option because nothing is being inserted into your body, I prefer the CORA tampons.
