“EW I can see my pooch behind my arm, guess I haven’t lost as much weight as I thought.”

“Actually idk, I feel like my pose looks a bit like I’m trying too hard.”

NO! I REFUSE TO THINK THIS WAY ANYMORE!!

This is the first time I’ve ever fought back against my intrusive thoughts when it comes to this topic and posted the dang photo. I’m so proud of my progress and I know I’m not the only girl who feels this way. No more ❤️
