This is my new OBSESSION. It is literally so good and only takes a few steps to make. I personally chopped everything by hand, but I highly recommend buying a food processor or chopper to make everything a lot easier and to speed up the process!
Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Red onions
Jalapenos
Pineapple
Cilantro
Hot sauce
Lime juice
Spice blend (onion powder, garlic power, salt, pepper, chipotle chili pepper, cayenne powder)
Recipe:
Clean all your fruit and vegetables thoroughly
Finely dice your tomatoes, red onions, jalapenos, and pineapples
Add everything to a large mixing bowl
Stir together and add cilantro, hot sauce, lime juice, and spice blend to taste
Serve it will a side of tortilla chips and enjoy!
Pro tip: if you are cutting onions by hand, light a candle to decrease your eyes from watering!
