Make Salted Caramel Latte ☕️

Espresso Machine: Breville Bambino Plus

Step 1: measure out your beans. I use 17 g for a double shot

Step 2: grind your beans using a burr grinder. I use a manual grinder on the 12th setting.

Step 3: using WDT espresso distributing tool to break down any clumps. This helps for a better pull.

Step 4: tamp your puck.

Step 5: (optional) put your screen puck on. This helps for an even distribution of water but isn’t necessary.

Step 6: pull your shot of espresso. You want to see full crema to help guide if it’s a good pull.

Step 7: add milk and syrup to your frothing cup.

Step 8: froth your milk. I have my settings to the middle temperature and frothing level.

Step 9: combine frothed milk and espresso in your cup of choice. I still haven’t figured out latte art.
