Try to clean them but it ended up getting RUINED 😭

hellooo everyone, I'm kinda devastated :( as you might know from reading the title, I just ruined my fav bag TT_TT…

So long story short, I decided to clean this bag since it got some lipstick stains on it anddd this is the result🥲 it supposed to be easily cleanable andd I don’t know where i went wrong with it 🤔

I think the main cause is the leather.. because it doesn't look like that when i am done with the cleaning. It just happens after a few hours of waiting for it to dry.
