🫧 Cleanses For Mental Health!

💬 In the beginning of 2024, I told myself that I would be more aware of influences in my life. Nearly half way through, I’ve noticed such a huge difference in my mental health as I’ve begun to cleanse myself frequently of negativity.

Sometimes it’s hard to recognize what areas of our lives are producing negative energy. That’s why I’ve broken it up into 4 categories.
