With a vegan dad, I’ve compiled a few of my favorite food haunts for plant-based meals in SG! (Don’t worry, they’re not just veggies~)

1. Herbivore Japanese Vegetarian Restaurant

Hands down my family’s favorite place to eat! Your usually Jap eatery offerings – ranging from ramen and curry rice to sushi and tempura items. And all of them are plant-based, with options to turn the dishes vegan as well.

2. Pizza Express

If you’re craving pizza, and there are both vegetarians and non-vegetarians in your group! Pizza Express contains menu items for meat-lovers and plant-based eaters so it’s got everyone covered. If you like Impossible meats, that’s what they use for their pastas and pizzas. Me personally, their dough balls are to-die-for. It’s also the only place where you’ll catch me actually eating a salad.

3. Crowded Bowl

My favorite thing to eat in NTU <3 Salad bar with carbs, mock-meat proteins and yummy renditions of vegetables such as buttered corn and cheesy pumpkin. Top with beancurd skin for ultimate slay. Best part: the peppery egg on top.

4. Hvala

For a sweet fix! You might be surprised but most of the menu items in Hvala are actually vegan… but don’t worry it doesn’t taste organic or anyt. I actually can’t tell the difference.
