Growing up I wasn’t taught what I truly needed to know about food. I had a horrible relationship with it. I wasn’t taught moderation or proper nutrition. I definitely didn’t eat all the essential nutrients I needed, & I also over ate constantly!
Growing into my adult years a lot of this carried over. Drinking Redbull everyday, soda, eating a bag of chips entirely to myself in one sitting etc!
Recently I’ve been trying to relearn food & what it should really look like. Though I’m not able to provide in depth information I wanted to provide to you all some charts that helped me view food in a different light!
