Pineapple Upside Down Cake .

The hubby’s favorite cake is a pineapple upside down cake . He’s been battling cancer and we got a little good news today and although he’s not cancer free we are taking the small wins . So baked this cake for him as it’s his fav .

This pan is great for it as then I can make perfect size squares to serve .

Brown sugar and melted butter mixture on bottom

Pineapple rings and cherries in the middle

Then I added my go to yellow cake batter

Baked until my cake tester came out clean .

Mine took 25 mins on 350°

Serve with icecream or cream .
