Papaya Boat For Breakfast

Papayas are in season and I’m not mad at it .

I love a papaya to use for a parfait . I use the parfait as a bowl . I used too good yogurt, blackberries, granola, strawberries, cherries and papaya.

Really I just use whatever fruit I have at the time .

It’s so hot here too it’s perfect for a cold fruit meal .
