I’ve been avoiding as many hormone disrupters as possible and you’d be surprised how many chemicals in household cleaners will do just that!

Here’s a quick recipe for homemade all purpose NON TOXIC cleaner that is safe for your precious hormones. It’s also so much cheaper and reduces waste and we love that 💗

COMBINE THESE INTO A CUTE SPRAY BOTTLE:

-2 pints warm water

-1 tsp unscented liquid Castile soap

-1 tsp baking powder

-4 drops lemon essential oil
