Underrated Beach Club in Bali 1/2🌊🏖️👙

With only 3 days in Canggu, we only had time to visit 2 beach clubs and here’s my review on 1 of them!

Mari Beach Club

Rating: 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent the entire late afternoon till night here and really love the chill vibes. The best part was it wasn’t crowded at all?!? We managed to book a pool day bed just 1 day before and no regrets!

Service, Food & Drinks

Service was amazing (look for Yuli!) and she really ensured we were well taken care of. There’s also happy hour from 6pm to 8pm, which also include 1-for-1 wines by the bottle. Honestly a very good deal!

I forgot to take photos of the food but they were pretty yummy too! Ordered a pork ribs (not bad but honestly nothing can beat naughty nuri’s), salmon pizza (this was good!) and lobster (SO GOOD) for our mains.

There’s a beach you can access from the beach club which was great for sunsets! We caught an amazing sunset that day with different colours dancing in the sky😻 There was no direct sun hitting us which was great as well. I guess the only downside is if you want to catch the sunset, you’d have to head down to the beach and you wouldn’t be able to see anything from the day beds.

Price

There is a minimum spend and for our pool day bed, our minimum spend was IDR2M which is about ~S$180 before service charge and taxes. It’s not difficult to hit if you have dinner and drinks there! Most of the beach clubs we researched on required a minimum spend, depending on which type of seating you want.

Overall, I highly recommend visiting Mari Beach Club if you’re in Canggu! I’ve heard that the other more popular beach clubs like Finn’s, Atlas and Potato Head can get very crowded so if you want to escape that, this is the place to go😻
