But seriously, having my firstborn has completely changed my life. It hasn’t just affected me; it has also impacted our marriage. At times, it feels like we are in a competition to see who does more in raising our child. This constant struggle is exhausting and not worth it.

We previously discussed how many children we wanted. My husband said at least three, while I said a maximum of two. However, after experiencing the challenges of parenthood, I feel that one child might be enough for both my sanity and our marriage. Despite this, my husband still insists on having at least two children.
