LITTLE LIFFNER Soft Tulip Tote Bag Review

I’ve been lusting after the tulip totes from Little Liffner for over a year now, and I finally gave it a go since I also want a bag that fits my 13 inch laptop. I especially adore the tiny spaghetti straps and the iconic very much well-known asymmetric design like a tulip petal. It’s made from grained leather with cotton lining, so I know it’d be more durable than soft leather ones.

Review: As much as I’d like it to work out, I had to return, unfortunately. I’m 5ft5, and my style is quite casual as I’m mostly in a shirt and pants. I’m rarely in dresses or skirts! The bag looks huge on me! Ideally, I think it would work if you have a lean and skinny figure who are in flowy dresses and skirts. I’m quite a tom-boy most days, and I do not see this bag would be easy to style for me. The bag feels so lightweight, and that can be a good and bad sign at the same time. In this case, it’s the latter. It does feel cheap, especially the lining and the zipper inside. It doesn’t give designer to me in-person, unfortunately.

For $625, I’d much rather spend on a higher end bag, bought vintage or secondhand. I think the bag is worth half of that, and for the price, I couldn’t justify. Yes, I had to pay for shipping. Finally, it’s one of those bags that I’ve got to see it for myself before I’d commit. I’d love to give Little Liffner a try again in the near future, and hopefully, I’ll find something that works for me and my style next time.
