Just your average plants🪴

Today's plant is one seen as not very conventional, for southern states that is. Spanish Moss grows like weeds down south and is usually overlooked. Me, on the other hand, I can't get enough of it. I am in Ohio after all.

Spanish Moss requires high humidity. So putting these guys in the bathroom during a shower usually helps boost their growth. I mist mine 2 to 3 times a day, plus I have a humidifier that runs during the day for all of my plants. They prefer bright indirect light since they usually hang off of trees. The best part is that there's no soil requirements since these guys are air plants.

Once a month, if I slack on misting them, I'll submerge them completely in a bowl of room temperature water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
