dealing with 5,000 unread emails 🫣💌

do you ever feel overwhelmed with the number of emails in your inbox?? 😫

I totally get you, and I’m here to help! here are some tips I use to keep my email inboxes organized:

• hit that SWEET unsub button! I am subscribed to WAY too many promotional newsletters (gotta get the extra % off my order, am I right 😅). whenever I come across newsletters I don’t want to see anymore, I make sure to unsubscribe.

• organize messages by unread first! I love this organization method, especially at work. it tucks away any messages I’ve already handled, and shows me messages I haven’t read first.

• organize using labels! labeling your emails makes it so much easier to find them later. I do this at work and organize my emails by project. I also keep important emails labeled in my personal inbox.

• set aside focus time to go through your email! when things are looking really rough, set aside dedicated time to get it done.
