This steamed Chinese pear dessert also contains other beneficial ingredients that are good for you skin health and circulation.
STEAMED CHINESE PEAR DESSERT:
• 1 chinese pear
• 1-2 tsp dried roses
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2-3 jujubes / red dates
Cut off the top of the pear to create a “lid”. Remove the core in the middle. Add your dried roses, honey, and jujubes in the middle. Cover with the pear lid. Steam for 10-15 minutes for a firmer texture or 20-25 minutes for a fully softened pear.
