This recipe is for all the people who hate washing a lot of dishes = Me. You just need to mix the seasoning, spread on the fish, and bake it! Btw, I meant 10 minutes of prep time.
Recipe:
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 tbsp seasoning powder
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp piri piri seasoning
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- bit of pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic
- any kind of fish fillet (dory, salmon, etc)
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Spread approximately 2 tbsp of marinade evenly on both sides of fish fillet. Wrap up with aluminium foil. Bake on a metal tray for 20-25 mins at 170•c. If you have extra clean marinade left, you can keep it in the fridge. Spread it on bread and toast them whenever you feel like having garlic herb bread!
