a healthy low calorie cake that’s delicious

It’s 2023. New year, new me right? Now you can stick to your new year resolution of eating healthy and losing weight with this chiffon cake! (At least for awhile more 🤡) It’s great for CNY too!

Chiffon cakes are lower in calorie as compared to other cakes as it’s made of very little flour and oil. The main ingredient is eggs. This makes it high in protein too! I tend to reduce the amount of sugar I add in my cake too. You can top your cake with rice cream or some greek yoghurt! Do remember to keep it covered and store in the fridge as it goes bad easily in Singapore’s humid weather.
