Popular Tiktok MOCHI DONUTS easy healthy recipe!

I’ve been seeing so many mochi donuts recipe on Tiktok. This is my own version of mochi donuts! The original recipe uses block tofu but I don’t have any so I replaced it with soy milk powder and soy milk 🥛Also, the original mochi donuts are deep fried. I air-fried mine instead! These donuts are chewy and full of soy aroma. 🤤

It tastes even better when you take it out of the fridge and toast it in the oven the next day!
