Even kids can make this! Easy FESTIVE COOKIES 🎄

These cookies are based on Laura Vitale’s Christmas Spritz cookies that I’ve been making since secondary school. These rich tasting cream cheese cookies are great for sleepovers and parties.

Ingredients and steps are stated in the video. The original recipe uses 1 whole cup of sugar but that screams diabetes to me. I cut it down to 1/2 cup of raw sugar instead. These cookies taste even better if you use fresh vanilla pods. Traditionally, you should pop the dough into a cookie dough press with different fancy shapes but to save time and energy, I just rolled and cut them with a knife 🥹🤡.
