you can’t study without these items

In about a month I am not only finished with my master’s program in clinical mental health counseling, but also taking the National Counseling Exam (NCE). These are my current “must have” items for successful studying :)

Current rotation of beverages:

-Water for hydration

-Sparkling water for run

-Lots of oat milk lattes🤤

if you have a licensure exam coming up I highly recommend the behavioral health pocket prep app! It makes studying so convenient and I love all of the stats on what sections of the exam I know well versus where I need more work!
