where to thrift home goods in the bay area

Discovering hidden treasures for your home is a great adventure in the Bay Area. 🏡🌉I love buying secondhand for my home. The feeling you get when you find a rare gem one of my favorite feelings. Others thrift for clothes, I thrift for home goods and furniture. And here are some of my favorite places to thrift home goods in the Bay Area.

📍Stuff: it’s in the name. There is LOTS of stuff here. From Herman Miller plywood chairs to Iittala vases to art - Stuff has something for everyone. I can spend hours at Stuff, perusing the entire store from top to bottom, every aisle…Located at the northern point of the Mission, it is the perfect place to stop at before going to dinner in the Mission.

📍Past Perfect: this store is another favorite of mine in San Francisco. It is filled with classic pieces - furniture, lamps, art, and more.

📍Alameda Antiques Faire: this is a HUGE outdoor antiques faire located in Alameda, CA (just over the Bay Bridge from San Francisco). This antiques faire only happens on the first Sunday of every month. It has everything you can possibly think of. A must see!
