His and Hers Wedding Guest Outfit Inspo

’Tis the season! Wedding season, that is.

I always want to look my BEST when I go to a wedding, especially when I’m a plus one, but I don’t want to spend so much money on every dress to only wear it a few times. Of course, you can rent pieces from Rent the Runway or Pickle or look on Poshmark…but sometimes, I just want to have a new dress of my own.

For Her: This purple number from Oh Polly was an easy choice when I saw it on the website. Mostly because it was only $57, but also because it looked so lux — and it didn’t disappoint!

I wore Spanx underneath the dress for added support, but I could’ve gotten away with not. I love how flattering the ruching is. And wow is it comfortable! I quite literally danced the night away in this one!

For Him: You can’t go wrong with a classic grey suit for a Spring/Summer wedding. He got this one from Joseph Aboud, and it was probably much more than $57…but guys are so lucky cuz they can wear it again and again and again and again. He looks GOOD though, so I think it was so worth it.
