Queued 40 minutes on a Sunday morning for this!!

Finally pulling out all the content I was too lazy to edit from my #solotravel to #melbourne 🥹🖤

I am a biiig fan of buttery croissants so naturally, I had to visit the famed Lune. I went to the outlet at Fitzroy (although there was one by my apartment in the CBD) since I wanted to check out the Rose Street Market.

Here’s my honest review:

1️⃣ Butter Croissant

Just to preface, this is my go-to at every bakery. Lune’s butter croissant was good but I would have preferred dabao-ing it home to heat up and eat with some french butter.

2️⃣ Almond Croissant

Not your usual almond croissant though! Apart from the smooth and sweet almond filling, this one also had a layer of praline that gave it more texture. I would recommend sharing this with a friend because it can get quite gelak.

By the time I got to the counter after my 40-minute queue at 11:40am, there weren’t many options left but I’d suggest that you go early and try out the many unique croissant creations by Lune. After all, I think that the unique croissants are what makes Lune so popular.
