Living above your means! People naturally want to purchase good experiences or material items with their income. As income increases, usually their spendings will too - even though their savings should really be increasing! Get ahead of this impulse by creating a detailed budget and developing a disciplined mindset around your finances!

Taking on the wrong debt!!!! Borrowing to go to college for a career path that does NOT pay well. This will inevitably increase the life of your loan after you graduate. Whereas, if you go to college for a high paying career path, it'll be much easier to remove the debt. Remember - you don't have net worth if your debt is larger than your assets! You also DONT have to go to colllege or get into a bunch of debt to be successful.

Regularly purchasing items you can't afford on a credit card or “buy now, pay later” platforms. If you do this often, it'll surely keep you broke. Plus youre going to end up paying a boatload in interest.
