How to make the butter board for the bread:
Take a block of Kerrigold Butter out of the fridge to soften. When it is lightly soften take beaters and whip the butter in a medium size mixing bowl. Take the butter out of the bowl and spread evenly on your board.
Cut up 1/2 of chives and sprinkle on top of the butter. After sprinkling the chives, put mixed salts over the butter!
There you have it and you made a butter board!! Now pair with one of your fav breads.. my personal fav sourdough bread! Enjoy! 😊😋
