This is an honest review of my experience, with no sugar coating.

𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀

The new outlet at KSL has 10 seats and 5 hairstylists on duty on the day I went, and I did have to wait for a while after my stipulated booking time. However, the staff were proactive in offering me the WiFi password and checking on me every 10 minutes to thank me for my patience, which I thought was sweet. Their service included a beverage and some snacks. The salon was clean and new.

All the staff were genuinely hospitable, and were honest about the results I was going to be achieve with the treatment.

𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙏𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙏𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 (𝙃𝘼𝙄𝙍 𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙀𝙉𝙂𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙉𝙄𝙉𝙂)

I was recommended the Ambulance Treatment 🚑 for my hair! It's a japanese 4-step treatment which is on par with the super popular Milbon Hair Treatment - both of which help with nourishing and restoring the health your hair. They reiterated that it will be different from a keratin rebond, there will be no straightening effect, because the solution aims to increase hair strength and reduce hair loss.

𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝘾𝙀𝙎𝙎

The entire process was smooth, I washed my hair and applied Step 1 which I sat in for 40 minutes because my hair was thicker and extra dry. The staff continued with Step 2 where I sat in front of a steamer for best effect. I sat for about 15 minutes more. Step 3 was a wash-off solution, and Step 4 was the final serum.

Overall, my hair treatment took around 1 hour including 2 hair washes. I ended with a blow dry to straighten my hair. My hair texture improved quite noticeably, as seen in the second last Live Photo in this post hahaha. It's got that healthy pantene sheen LOL. I didn't want to cut my hair too, so this treatment was a great way to improve my hair quality & look.

Y, the manager of the branch, has been doing hairstyling for the past 15 years. He did not hardsell me even with this free treatment, which I greatly appreciated! His team are experienced in handling customers, and I heard 90% of them are Singaporeans, hahaha.

In conclusion, I'd recommend this branch - I heard of horror stories of KSL salons and this is the first salon I visited, and I'm extremely pleased with the results.
