WHAT’S IN MY RUNNING VEST

In the summer heat, I basically wear this vest on all my runs! It’s great for storage and I can stay hydrated! This vest did come with a little water bottle I will also use and put that in the front sinch pocket on shorter runs! These are all my necessities I bring on all my runs. It is so important to fuel and stay hydrated on runs more than an hour. I love this vest because it comes in so many different colors and is very affordable! It is one size but it is adjustable on the sides and front so it can be nice and secure on you:) I also like how it is open on the sides because it makes it more breathable and lightweight. You don’t need to run long distance in order to get a vest!
