If you know me, you know I love training quads. There are so many great machine exercises out there, but dumbbell exercises can be incredibly effective as well! Here are my favorite dumbbell exercises for building those quads⬇️

1. HEEL ELEVATED GOBLET SQUATS

These are one of the very best quad exercises out there! They burn like crazy, but they are so worth it! I like to do 4 sets of 8-12 reps.

2. FRONT LUNGES

Instead of stepping back, you'll be stepping forward into a lunge position. This causes an even greater stretch on the quads, which is why this exercise is one of my favorites! I like to do these as alternating lunges, but they can also be done with one leg at a time. I typically do 4 sets of 8-12 reps.

3. BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS

While this exercise can target both the glutes and the quads, it's still one of my favorites! For a more quad-biased split squat, ensure you are moving straight up and down instead of diagonally. I usually do 4 sets of 8-12 reps.
