I definitely have a love-hate relationship with the stairmaster! This machine is a lot more challenging than it looks, but it's so good for you, especially if you're looking to lose weight. During my cutting phase, I would often do this routine after my leg days. This is also a great routine to do as cardio alone, especially if you're looking to get in a quick workout. 🫶🏼

• 5 minutes: speed 7
• 5 minutes: speed 8
• 5 minutes: speed 9
• 5 minutes: speed 10
Keep in mind that I have been working out for several years and have built up to this type of training. If increasing the speed every 5 minutes is too challenging for you in the beginning, then that is okay! Stick to speed 7 for the full 20 minutes if needed. If speed 7 is too fast for you, then choose a lower setting. This specific routine should be your goal, but as a beginner, it may be too difficult, and it is totally okay to adjust as needed when you first start out.🫶🏼
