It’s hard to open up about anxiety and it’s a constant struggle for me. Here are some things I do that really help:
1. yoga! I do this every Sunday when I can and it’s been good for my body & flexibility. Doing it once a week is good for the soul🙌🏻🧘🏼♀️
2. supplements! This one can be hard, especially finding one that works well personally. I love the Goli ashwagandha gummies and take them every morning to help balance my emotions as well🧠🫀
3. Any physical activity! I have been getting into rock climbing and find it therapeutic. It works me and helps build endurance and mental focus💪🏻
4. A favorite food! I love food, it just makes me happy😋. But keep in mind that stress-eating is a no no. find balance and cook something nourishing for your body🥬🫐
5. breathing exercises! I like to listen to an exercise on Spotify. If you have an apple watch it also gives you breathing exercises that are very helpful🗣️🫁
6. write it down! a personal fav.🥰
7. Find your people! We are not meant to be lonely when we’re struggling. Supportive friends and family have helped me through my worst🫂💝
