here is what works for me in my sunday reset!! hopefully this inspires you in yours!

REMEMBER!! everyone’s reset looks different! you need to make yours YOURS! that what will help you!!!

home reset🤍

-wash sheets/ towels (i also like to get all laundry done if possible)

-open all windows to let fresh air blow through

-clean through fridge/pantry for expired food

-declutter high traffic areas

-wipe down surfaces, dust, and sanitize bathrooms

-CRANK those tunes!!

mental reset🤍

-write everything and anything i am thinking in a journal

-take me time: bath, walk, hang with your animal

-limit time on my phone/laptop

-reset all my “beauty”- everything shower, self tan!!

-protect your peace: everyone’s reset looks DIFFERENT!!! it’s okay to not do anything i do! that’s OKAY!!!
