Lunch this week: Buffalo chicken stuffed peppers

1. I cooked the chicken with franks hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in an instapot for 15 minutes on high pressure.

2. Shred chicken and mix with mayo

3. Wash and cut peppers in half and bake alone for 10 minutes at 350 degrees

4. Take out peppers and stuff chicken in the peppers and top with mozzarella cheese.

5. Bake for another 20 minutes!
