Book Review: The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck 📚

This was the first self help book I had ever read! As a burnt out student, I knew it was a must read!

⭐️Plot Overview⭐️

Author Mark Manson is getting real with us. He acknowledges that life can be hard some times and that the best way to get through it isnt toxic positivity. We have to learn to get through it and to choose what is worth giving our “fucks” to. If you care too much about everything, you’ll burn out. In order to protect your peace, you have to be willing to prioritize.

⭐️My Thoughts⭐️

I picked up this book because of all of the hype that surrounded it! Everyone had such good things to say about the book and I agree! Mark had a refreshing take on life. No bullsh*t. He gives it to you straight. Life is hard. You don’t need to be go go go all the time in order to live a life you enjoy. If you let everything bother you, you are bound to be unhappy.
