After Work Night Routine

My Night Routine After a 12hrs Shift ❤️

I get home around 7:40pm and immediately wash off the day. I let myself have a long 30-minute shower on work nights to de-stress and relax a bit.

About at 8:15 Im done with my shower, I finish my night skin care and lotion my everything. Helps make my sheets smell good in the morning too 🥰

Jump into my PJs or comfy clothes for the night and through tomorrow's clothes in the warmer.

I like to further relax my muscles by stretching for 30 minutes between 8:30 and 9pm.

I spend the next 30 minutes filling out my gratitude journal and working on my personal bible/faith study.

After that its time to clock out for the night! 🥰
