🌼instructions:👇🏻

🍞optional: pour a bit of starter into a separate jar to use for sourdough discard recipes

🍞add 1/4 cup bread flour or all purpose flour and 1/4 cup filtered water to sourdough starter and stir

🍞cover loosely with paper towel

🍞allow 4-8 hours for starter to rise and become active

🍞when starter is active and bubbly use for any sourdough recipes
