🇲🇾Japanese restaurant recommendations | Kyudon🍣

Kyudon is quite a trendy restaurant along Jalan Dhoby serving up donburi rice bowls, ramen and a reasonably priced Omakase course! Here are some of the highlights:

Salmon Roll

This has a really nice balance of flavours coming from the salmon and the sauces! The combination is perfect👌🏻 The sauces aren’t overpowering and the rice is yummy, so this is a nice choice to share among a group!

Unagi Tamago Don

In terms of flavour, a lot of nice flavours coming from the unagi, tamago and cucumber. The quality of the unagi here in general I would say is pretty good - definitely better than your average Japanese restaurant.

Tempura Don

Tempura taste good, very crispy! The portion was quite big too👍🏻

We also ordered other like mentaiko potato fries, ebi tempura roll and Kyudon udon. All of them were really yummy except for the udon was a little too bland to my liking😕

The food, atmosphere and service Kyudon offers make it one restaurant not to be missed! But be sure to make a reservation in advance to secure your seats!
