9 months postpartum

It’s been a while since I posted. I’m still on my journey though. I took a break due to mental health but I’m ready to get back into it! This was last week! I’m down almost 30 lbs from when I gave birth 9 months ago.

Pre pregnancy I was wearing a size 8 in pants. Right after pregnancy I was sitting in a size 14. And now I’m back into an 8.

My body doesn’t look like my pre pregnancy body because of ab separation. So I’ll be focusing more of core strength workouts.
