Officially down 6.5 lbs in a month which to me is a lot!
At 17 I was diagnosed with PCOS and got put on birth control. It helped my symptoms but I gained 30 LBS! I now have started doing intermittent fasting 20:4 and it has helped me tremendously and I feel so much better about my body and my health.
I still have a long way to go so I’ll keep you guys updated🫶
