How to make an aesthetic charcuterie board 🧀🥓🍇

Making charcuterie boards used to be MY THING.

A couple years ago for my birthday, I rented a boat for 2hrs in Marina Del Ray and you could bring your own snacks. I had 6 friends on the boat so decided to make a giant charcuterie board for all of us to share. Hence this beauty was born.

💡Tips:

- lay out the crackers + cheeses first & then fill in with the smaller snacks

- I don’t eat meat so I wanted there to be lots of options besides that

- adding macaroons adds a pop of colour

- sprinkle the smaller snacks like walnuts or blueberries over the top of the board at the end to make it have a more full appearance

🤚🏻Things to note:

- Don’t get me wrong, this ended up being quite expensive. I think I spent $60 on it overall, but I don’t regret it at all and had lots of leftovers to snack on

- I had to bring the board with me to the boat so it was important to be able to carry the charcuterie board. I found giant food boxes at Michael’s and reinforced it with some cardboard so it wouldn’t break through the bottom and lined it with parchment paper.
