2- Your Nutrition Is Not In Check

If your nutrition is not in check, you are not going to be able to get the results that you want. If you want to lose weight, you must be in a deficit. If you want to gain weight, you must be eating more calories than you exert. A proper nutrition program must be followed.

3- Lack of Sleep, Stress, and/or Recovery Is Not Maintained

If you are not getting enough sleep, your body is not able to recover properly. If you are undergoing stress, you body will continue to feel inflamed and imbalanced. Your body needs to be able to recover properly in order to achieve results.
