Apollo Coffee Bar — Next brunch hot spot!

I was browsing for a new cafe to visit at Lemon8 and many recommendations kept pointing to Apollo Coffee Bar’s! And I can’t believe the month of November has brought so many yummy cafes to me — there’s nothing I’ve tried that’s bad so far and this cafe isn’t an exception.

Travelling all the way to North-East was definitely worth-while with their prompt service and food! The food came out less than 15mins upon ordering on the app despite being a busy Saturday with a never-ending queue outside.

• 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 $17.70 — The texture was so fluffy and reminds me instantly of McDonald’s hotcakes, thumbs up for this!

• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 $19.80 — Many lemon8 writers always recommend this must-have item and it wasn’t a disappointment. However, since I gave the pancake a try as well, I’ll definitely go for the latter instead (if I have to choose one)!

• 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 $24.60 — As we always like to have balance of sweet and savoury food, we gave this burger a try! The tiger prawns were fresh, super juicy and complimented perfectly with the burger. Definitely ordering this again on my next visit!

• 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 $5.60 — Coffee was pretty decent, wouldn’t mind ordering another if my stay was longer!
