HOW TO PREVENT WATERY EYES -

You’ll need two products -

Apply a tiny tiny amount of Aquaphor to a Q-tip. Place it right on your outer corner (be sure to not touch your eye). Say bye bye to watery outer corners. This is my number 1 trick to perfect eye makeup. Especially helpful if you use strip lashes.
