How do you feel?

So, I don’t know about you, but currently I feel like I’m stuck at this point of my life. This year included many traumatizing and heartbreaking moments, but in the storm you can never see what is the lesson behind those experiences. As the new year approaches, I have a few questions for you to ponder on:

1. What do you want for yourself for 2024?

2. After reflecting this past year, what patterns do you continue to exhibit?

3. What habits do you want to change?

4. What qualities do you envision your future self having?

5. What goals do you want to achieve for next year?
