how i treat my lip ezcema ??

I develop lip ezcema after my postpartum for almost 6 months i been up to using so many lipcare product to cure it, the only products works for me is this only this 2

Both of this product help me on my lip ezcema.

And also

with some habits you need to follow & unfollow

🙅🏻‍♀️ avoid picking on your lips or maybe dont scratch your lips

🙅🏻‍♀️ avoid licking your lips too much

🙅🏻‍♀️avoid spicy and aciditic food for short periods

🙅🏻‍♀️avoid using any fragrances contained lipbalm,lipstick and also lipgloss if can DONT use any lipstick for timebeing.

❤️ always moisturise your lips consistently even after you eat, before your bedtime make it as an habit.

❤️drink plenty of water

❤️use lukewarm water to rinse your mouth

❤️use straw to drink water or any drinks
