Lavender lemonade spritz

A few years ago, I went out for a boujee brunch and had a lavender mimosa and fell in love with all things lavender flavored. I sell more of these than any other spritz!

Housemade lemonade mixed with Torani lavender syrup

La Marca Prosecco

Soda water

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Pour the lavender lemonade over ice filling it a little less than half way. Pour Prosecco on top to fill the glass leaving enough room for a splash of soda water. Garnish with a lemon and a sprig of lavender (if you have some!)
