I won…SCAM?

Three months ago I won a gift card and pop. I provided ALL MY INFO and waited. A month went by and I contacted them. They asked for ALL MY INFO again. I gave it to them a second, third and fourth time!!! This was three comment challenges ago and MORE THAN THREE MONTHS HAVE PASSED. Anyone else have this happen???
