Is the Benefit Cookie Highlighter worth the hype?

My Thoughts:

There’s a reason why it’s a fan favorite. This highlighter is silky smooth, and very vibrant. I think it would look best on light to medium tan skin tones. It might be ashy on deeper skin tones, or you might love it since it’ll create a stark, blinding type of strobe.

This is one of my favorites, but not my most favorite. I have drugstore highlighters that look better on me and are more affordable. I would give this a 7 out of 10.
