Air fryer Brussels Sprouts

This is my go to meal prep vegetable. I eat this every single day I can’t get enough of roasted brussels sprouts. I love brussels sprouts. This is such an easy way to get ur veggies. All you need to do to reheat them is throw them back in on the toast setting in your air fryer.

Directions

Cut ends off

Chop in half

Season w/ salt, pepper, garlic powder

Add olive oil

Mix/Toss around to coat brussel sprouts

place brussel sprouts flat side down

Place in Air Fryer 400 degrees F for 12-14 mins.

When there’s 3-4 mins left add in single leaves that came off of Brussels sprouts
